Shipping policy

FOR DIRECT ORDERS or CUSTOM ORDERS that will be shipped from Montana TEXposure and not an online supplier like PRINTIFY. 

There are many types of products on this page and shipping will vary depending on what you order - the information for shipping will be on each product page.  Most products will be listed as FREE SHIPPING.  

Therefore, just as an example:

EXAMPLE 1 - direct order of custom print of artwork or photograph - size 5x7; will be mailed with its matching envelope inside a mailing envelope; before your item is shipped, if you are paying for the shipping, an email will be sent to you with the shipping cost - upon payment in full of product and shipping cost - item will be shipped within 7 business days (unless otherwise stated) via our local USPS office in Livingston, Montana - with delivery confirmation (unless otherwise agreed to), and an email will be sent to you that your item has been shipped.

EXAMPLE 2 - direct order of custom artwork - size larger than 8x10 that needs special handling; will be mailed inside a proper mailing package via the shipping provider that is agreed to before purchasing the product; as an example, something that is a extremely large painting will be shipped by our local UPS store in Livingston Montana - with delivery confirmation inside a proper package that UPS provides (for a price) - if you are paying for the shipping, an email will be sent to you with the shipping cost - upon payment in full of product and shipping cost - item will be shipped within a reasonable time, hopefully between 7-10 business days (depending on UPS schedule), and an email will be sent to you that your item has been shipped.

Montana TEXposure is located in Livingston, Montana and owned and run by 1 local artist.  We are a small town close to Yellowstone National Park.  Our shipping options are limited and can be longer during winter season, so we do appreciate your understanding if we cannot use the type of shipping provider you prefer.
